Please forgive the old barrier and efforts to communicate in the past. Look at it fresh as the first time. Close your eyes and talk fully from your heart (Archangel Metatron please raise your eyes towards me I'm like a child new born innocent, lift from me the old stool of guilt’s and the damages that I am wearing look like mine . I have nothing to hide from you.) And breath in your stomach deeply blowing with pleasure outwardly all the old dresses and negativity currently As the old idea that you can not find the Higher Self with a voice and eyesight next to you talking to you purely for those thinks you need to hear and know Pull your hands up high, like wings and let them be receptive and flowing ask what you want .One think clear. After keep quiet silent for 10 minutes with gratitude for the help that is coming. Let your mind empty and let go of your thoughts until your heart be informed about what you need to know. Don't involve your ego with the communication. Have a good look at yourself and say, Thank YOU that I am alive the bow to the life that flows happily within you. Remember to remain grateful and peaceful. Metatron
